I'm feeling the flow and dropping in with you guys for a second Solo with Coco and it felt so great to connect. We speak about changing and growing, how acknowledgement is the beginning part of changing, my newest collaboration with my husband, and all the magic ways ideas can get pulled forward into even bigger versions.
I spend some time talking about how I've shifted my mindset around body image, the tormenting noise that happens in my head, and how I've taken that mindset and applied it in other parts of my life.
I describe the experience of my first time floating, my thoughts right before I got in, and the magical moment I had with all my ideas (it was amazing!). I referred to Halcyon Floats in Philly and I floated here in Portland, Maine at Float Harder.
I also share about the one big thing that didn't happen when I launched the podcast. Gulp.
