In this episode, I share my thoughts on wrinkles, aging, and begin the conversation around my personal struggles with body image. In this season of my life, I am looking to grow and evolve into an even more loving version of myself and let go of the old programming around what is culturally acceptable. I also share an incredible moment of looking back after I found something special in my pocket.
