This episode is chock full of my lived experiences from this week including the wisdom from our Hemlock trees, an update on my 30 day Intuitive Painting Challenge, and a look into how I play with my kids in the snow (hint: it's probably not how you do it).
I hope this episode gives you permission to push to your edges and give your Creative Self more of what it needs. From therapy, to resting, to playing, to creating your own challenge, we are on this path and in this life to FEEL GOOD and GROW.
