This episode feels so alive and juicy! It's all about creating space for listening to our own intuition. We all have internal guidance, an inner knowing, a gut feeling, a intuitive navigation system. But it's clear to me that as modern humans with access to everything at our fingertips, we tend to forget it and question or ignore the messages we receive.
This episode explores the idea of creating the space to hear the nudges and practice saying yes to all the low-risk ideas that come through. I share a kismet moment with a friend that really brought this into focus and allowed this entire inspired podcast episode to flow through me.
