In this episode, I share my thoughts on wrinkles, aging, and begin the conversation around my personal struggles with body image. In this season of my life, I am looking to grow and evolve into an even more loving version of myself and let go of the old programming around what is culturally acceptable. I also share an incredible moment of looking back after I found something special in my pocket.

Ok fam, this one is such a GEM!
Andy J Pizza and I chop it up over all things creativity, ideas, ADHD + neurodiversity, getting in touch with your weird, and so much more.
This season's theme of CONNECTION + Creativity is woven throughout this episode and Andy brings his flare and enthusiasm to all the insight and metaphors as he unpacks what it means to him.
We reference the video The Gap by Daniel Sax with words by Ira Glass. It's a beautiful 2 minutes that delighted the hell out of my Creative Self and I hope you take it for yours as well.
Andy also refers to Whole Brain Living by Jill Bolte Taylor and you can find it here.
Illustrator and Public Speaker, Andy is the founder and host of The Creative Pep Talk Podcast. Andy has illustrated for the likes of The New York Times, The Washington Post, Google, Amazon, Nickelodeon, YouTube and Warby Parker. He's illustrated a few children's book and his newest one is with Kyle Scheele titled A Pizza with Everything On It, you can get it here. He's an incredible source of inspiration and you can find him here:

S2 Ep23 | Solo with Coco

And we're BACK! I'm stoked start this second season with a solo!
In this episode, I introduce this season's theme of CONNECTION and unpack what it means to me (and will continue to do so each solo of this season).
I am starting a new chapter in my life with both kids in school full time and I discuss all the feelings I have around being "retired" as a stay at home mama. It's been the plan since the beginning and I share what it feels like to be simultaneously standing at both the finish line and starting line at the same time.
At the end of the episode, I chat about the word AWEN and how I used it to drop into that brilliant place of creative flow. It's the Welsh word for inspiration and I share how deeply I resonated with it and let it move through me.

Ep 22 | Kyle Scheele
Wednesday Sep 01, 2021
Wednesday Sep 01, 2021
Back at the end of June I released this episode and honestly, as you can see from the show notes below, it's my favorite. I was so proud of it but TOTALLY fucked it up by attaching the wrong audio. It sat there for weeks without me noticing (there I said it, uuhhh).
So as I gear up for season two, I wanted to re-release this gem in hopes it reaches more earbuds. It's just so delicious and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed creating it!

Ok. I'm just going to say it. I know I'm not supposed to have a favorite and that every episode baby is unique and incredible (um, duh!), but this episode changed me.
I found another human that feels the way I do about ideas. Damn I feel seen!
Kyle Scheele is an author, an artist, and an all around multi-passionate, big-idea + big-hearted human. His vision and tenacity is so inspiring and his dedication to ideas is just so deeply nourishing to me.
If you have a child in your life or want to add it to your local library's collection, please consider grabbing a copy of A Pizza With Everything On It.
You can find Kyle on Instagram, TicToc (@kylescheele) and over on his website.

S1 Ep20 | Shaelyn Cataldo BONUS
Tuesday Jul 06, 2021
Tuesday Jul 06, 2021
It's the last episode of SEASON ONE! I'm all exclamation points right now because I DID THE THING I SAID I WAS GOING TO DO! I'm so damn proud of myself and can't think of a better guest to round out these amazing 20 episodes all about surrender!
Shaelyn Cataldo joins me for a second time and we dive right back into all the ways rising requires us to root deeper, the fertile void, creating space and how she is claiming her deepest knowing: storytelling.
It's a deeply nourishing episode and I know you'll feel the freedom that comes with the way Shaelyn weaves her story together. It's medicine.
You can find her on Instagram @shaelyncataldo and over on her website www.shaelyncataldo.com

Friday Jul 02, 2021
Friday Jul 02, 2021
In this episode, I dive into the burn-it-all-down feeling I get right before I do anything remotely visible or vulnerable (so basically everything I'm creating lately), how one vintage yellow truck sparked a series of ideas that eventually gifted me the name of my forthcoming program (squeee!!), and how I'm feeling as I stretch into building this beautiful new offering.
In the episode I mention my new friend, future podcast guest and licensed psychotherapist Lacy Warne. She's a great follow on Instagram so go check her out @heylacywarne
And I also mentioned the porcupine IGTV video in the episode, so here ya go if you want to see me geek out over my first porcupine sighting.
