Ok. I'm just going to say it.
I know I'm not supposed to have a favorite and that every episode baby is unique and incredible (um, duh!), but this episode changed me.
I found another human that feels the way I do about ideas. Damn I feel seen!
Kyle Scheele is an author, an artist, and an all around multi-passionate, big-idea + big-hearted human. His vision and tenacity is so inspiring and his dedication to ideas is just so deeply nourishing to me.

OOHHH this one's a goodie. I am learning lots of lessons in real time about slowing down, giving myself permission to evolve, and letting go of old fears and programming that no longer is serving me.
I really love getting vulnerable with the sticky parts of my creative journey because I believe that shining light on the dark spots only creates more light. If putting words around my feelings can help you in any way, I'm here for it.

This week's episode is such a beautiful conversation with my new friend Val. She is a creative mama living on a school bus and designing her life just the way her and her husband want it. I hope this episode feels like you're sitting right there with us as we get to know each other.
Valerie Smith is a mother of two beautiful girls, Nova and River, doing life alongside her husband Justin. Together they travel the US in a self converted school bus while making YouTube videos documenting their experiences. They recently stated a new series called ‘Mobile Dwellings’ which showcases unique stories of folks living life in a home on wheels.
Val is a passionate photographer who manages a few rental properties, loves to feed her people, design spaces, and plan detailed trips adventuring with her family.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Stacie Jeanjaquet on this week's episode. Stacie is a therapeutic yoga instructor and owner of Stacie Joy Yoga. She provides tailored sessions for trauma, anxiety, depression, cancer support, & more. She is a light and it was a 'joy' to speak with her on all things creativity.
We spoke about being labeled as a 'creative' early on (or not), play and how the nervous system responds, making space both in our bodies and our environment, and a great plant hack to help with goal setting.
