I'm feeling the flow and dropping in with you guys for a second Solo with Coco and it felt so great to connect. We speak about changing and growing, how acknowledgement is the beginning part of changing, my newest collaboration with my husband, and all the magic ways ideas can get pulled forward into even bigger versions.
I spend some time talking about how I've shifted my mindset around body image, the tormenting noise that happens in my head, and how I've taken that mindset and applied it in other parts of my life.
I describe the experience of my first time floating, my thoughts right before I got in, and the magical moment I had with all my ideas (it was amazing!). I referred to Halcyon Floats in Philly and I floated here in Portland, Maine at Float Harder.
I also share about the one big thing that didn't happen when I launched the podcast. Gulp.

Racheal Jackson is a muralist and designer who has made it her life’s passion to recapture the freedom of color and creativity in people’s homes. She paints murals in homes and businesses across the country under the name Banyan Bridges. Her work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Flow Magazine, Apartment Therapy, and Domino.
Rachael's style is incredibly bold and so is her take on nurturing her creative (spoiler alert: it's just shutting off completely). She speaks to the idea of taking up space, balancing family life, and how creativity can't be forced.

Caroline's an advocate for being your whole self online, marketing with love, and having a healthy relationship social media.
